Our Back To Self group meets once a week in Metrowest on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. This group prioritizes building community and self- efficacy and incorporates psychoeducational components, meaning that our group provides members with information on relevant topics in order to connect them with resources and additional information. We aim to create connections that encourage self-care and sisterhood. Check back for information on a Back To Self group opportunity coming soon in Worcester County.
Our Women's Empowerment Hour meets in Metrowest on Thursday mornings. Members will have the opportunity to learn from the stories of those who have survived addictions, abuse and trauma, mental health issues and sexual exploitation. New members are always welcome! Come and practice skills for getting your needs met in the present and moving towards your future.
